This past Saturday we launched our newest Wellfare community: East Harlem!
We've spent the past year debuting, tweaking and improving our Wellfare Box program exclusively in Bushwick. Now, in collaboration with several New York City agencies, community leaders and public housing management, we're bringing the best of better-for-you to the proud residents of El Barrio.
Residents of either Taft Houses or Johnson Houses are now eligible to signup for the service and can begin picking up their free boxes of $200 worth of delicious and nutritious goods from La Marqueta in May. To see if you're eligible and signup, visit wellfare.org/signup.
