Homiah teams up with Wellfare

Homiah, the southeast Asian pantry brand, is joining Wellfare as a Supporter, donating cases of their delicious, non-GMO spice kits for our Better Box program.

Founded by Michelle Tew, Homiah makes authentic southeast Asian ready-to-eat sauces and condiments based on family recipes. Homiah's products are non-GMO, gluten-free and keto. Their flagship spice kits, for example, make it easy to whip up a delicious Malaysian Red Curry, Indonesian Rendang or Singaporean Laksa.

For Better Box members, Homiah's products will be a huge win. Opportunities to make quick, delicious and fun dishes are far and few between in low-income neighborhoods. And giving our members an opportunity to try something new is always a treat.

Homiah is grateful to partner with Wellfare to bring greater access to nutritious, quality food products," said Michelle. "Homiah means "to live the good life", and reflects our belief in the importance of being able to cook and eat a wholesome meal at home. Wellfare couldn't align more closely with our mission to make others "homiah" in helping distribute our sauces that are vegan, gluten free, allergen free and keto to underserved families across the NY area.
