Emily Hochman, the CEO and co-founder of the virtual care platform Wellory, and an early stage impact investor and startup advisor, joins the Wellfare Advisory Board to help forge brand partnerships, guide on fundraising and integrate her nutrition experience into our Better Box program.
As CEO of Wellory, Emily is on a mission is to empower the prevention and reversal of chronic conditions through life-saving, one-on-one nutrition counseling. She is an active member of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine, has been named Forbes 30 Under 30 Most Inspirational Female Entrepreneur and is a recognized leader by the White House.
“I’ve devoted my career towards helping people eat healthy and I couldn't be more thrilled to support Cole and the Wellfare team to help nourish local NYC communities in need,” Emily said. “Their work is imperative to prioritizing nutrition, creating access to healthy options and applying innovation to a system that has historically ignored social determinants of health."
